I bring a rich 25-year history in international education, which encompasses extensive experience in Japan, where I have both lived and taught at both school and tertiary levels. My career has taken me into management roles within the language school industry, and more recently, I’ve played a pivotal role in crafting international programs at three different institutions, spanning both the public and private education sectors. In addition to my responsibilities in governance, I have actively contributed to change management and leadership initiatives.
Its evident that my true passion lies in ensuring the success of international programs, with a steadfast commitment to providing exceptional experiences for all stakeholders with student wellbeing being the primary focus.
Moxie Change Management was established with the firm conviction that, in the post-pandemic landscape, there is an increasing need for nuanced, micro-level support within international departments across the educational sector. Our goal is to offer targeted, highly specialized assistance to new directors, overburdened directors, and schools lacking dedicated leadership. This approach is designed to empower these departments to achieve sustained success by providing them with clear guidance, measurable targets, and a roadmap for growth.
